First Snow

DSC_0048The first snowflakes of the season fell this afternoon, bringing with them a familiar mix of emotions.  Like boarding the ferry after saying goodbye to a romance that was never meant to last, you know beautiful days lie ahead but you’re still not quite ready to let go.DSC_0029

  1. Hey girl, i’m going to go off topic here, but I need your fashionista sensibilities because I have none. If one is to buy one shoe/boot for the winter – what is it? I live in Boston and will be in snow for a bit of it (wouldn’t necessarily be wearing them in the snow, have boots for that) but just want something hip and fun and versatile. Thanks- can’t wait to hear your ideas. My Saks card needs a workout.

    1. Hi Kennedy! If you are looking for fun, hip, and versatile, look no further than a Rag & Bone ankle boot. They are city chic, timeless, and they inject a dose of cool into any outfit. For absolute versatility, I would choose the Classic Newbury, or the new Kerr. But I must say that no shoe in my closet has garnered more compliments than my Rag & Bone Harrow booties, which come in a multitude of colors and materials. Let me know what you choose!

  2. Wow, they are super limited. I’m going to order online, how do they fit? I’m a 7.5 but looks like I might have to order an 8. Thanks again!
